A greater sense of well-being and balance

I’ve found Sara’s Esoteric Connective Tissue Therapy astounding from the moment she touched my feet, and that was 3 years ago. I am a Japanese woman of just over seventy and have always sought effective body treatments in the past 30 odd years from aromatherapy to osteopathy even to Rolfing, which I was generally happy with, but felt something was lacking such as a sustainable sense of deepest level release from accumulated tensions both physically, emotionally and mentally. In the course of the 3 years, I have gradually experienced a sense of space and freedom increase in my physicality, a bit like trillions of cells have breathed a sigh of relief. This is continuing, enhancing into something deeper such as letting go of deep trauma stored in the physicality. I now feel a greater sense of wellbeing and balance.
