Sara is passionate about supporting people in their reclamation of a life lived enriched with love and true purpose. Whatever your preferred pathway, via spoken counselling or hands-on bodywork, she supports individuals clear what stands in the way of realising their authentic selves.

Work

Sara has spent years working in the Employee Assistance Program (EAP) sector, designing and delivering wellbeing programmes for blue chip companies, clinical assessments and counselling high risk clients. In-depth work across a multitude of sectors, including: legal, finance, medical, tech, education and performing arts.

Young People

Sara is passionate about supporting young people to stay connected with their innate wisdom, readying them to embrace the responsibilities and purpose of life. Along with her weekly work as a School Counsellor, her private practice, draws many teens and young people in their 20s seeking support to navigate life, love, purpose and relationships.

A solid tenet of Sara’s work is that no-one is broken, and true healing comes from reconnecting with our inherent quality within.

Body Awareness

Sara’s approach is rooted in both relational and somatic (body) awareness, informed by psychodynamic counselling, and bodywork practices, initially in Chinese Medicine practices such as Shiatsu and Acupuncture, leaving that behind to practice energy first Healing, Connective Tissue Therapy and Chakra-puncture.

Work alongside Medicine

Sara works in complement to medical science. A testament to this is the volume of medical professionals and academics who seek her out for support – nurses, doctors, physiotherapists, clinical psychologists, psychiatrists, and psychologists.

The Science of Energy

Sara brings a depth of lived awareness of the science of energy, especially when dealing with challenges that defy rational explanation, such as intrusive thoughts and overwhelming emotions. Her work has allowed her to connect deeply with people from all walks of life, age, culture, religious and science based beliefs. Sara is committed to facilitating a space where all can experience tangible transformation, no matter their circumstances.
