FAQs
The number of sessions required depends on your personal journey and how much work you put into living the insights you gain during therapy. Sara suggests starting with 3–6 sessions to assess your needs, with regular reviews to determine if short-, medium-, or long-term therapy is best. There’s no obligation to commit to a fixed programme, but having a few initial sessions booked allows you to experience the benefits of therapy more fully.
Most clients begin with weekly sessions for anywhere between 3–12 weeks, and longer term, depending on their goals for therapy. These sessions are regularly reviewed to ensure they continue to meet your needs. The structure is flexible and tailored to your progress, with the aim of supporting you in and beyond the therapeutic space.
Bodywork sessions are often done on an ad hoc basis or as part of a programme lasting between 3 weeks and 3 months, depending on your condition. Single sessions are available, but many clients choose multiple sessions to experience deeper benefits. Note that counselling sessions do not include touch-based bodywork but focus on developing body awareness and connection.
No, there is no obligation to pay for a set programme of sessions. Payments are made per session, with the option of pre-paid discount packages if you prefer. To confirm your session, payment is required at least 48 hours in advance, and cancellations must also be made within 48 hours to avoid fees.
While maintaining a consistent schedule can help build trust and ease anxiety, flexibility is available to accommodate your lifestyle. Sara works with clients in varied circumstances, including those with international schedules or unpredictable timetables, and will adapt to your needs wherever possible.

Her aim is to empower you as the facilitator of your own healing, ensuring you understand that your growth comes from your lived steps, not external direction.
No, counselling and bodywork are distinct practices, each with its own focus and process. While you cannot combine the two Pathways of Therapeutic Support, you can request to move to the other Pathway, pending completion of the body of work you have been focussed on. Sara can help you determine the best approach for your unique needs.
