Sara works short term and long term, in-person and online, with clients in the UK and overseas. 

Request a session booking by emailing Sara directly, or request a Discovery Call with Sara (no charge – up to 30mins) to ask any questions and/or discuss what support you are seeking.

For All Sessions

Request a Discovery Call with Sara. Then book your first session, in either the Counselling or Bodywork pathway, during which you’ll engage in the therapeutic work or treatment, and establish the foundation of working together based on what your intentions and needs are, and agree the length and frequency of your Counselling or Bodywork programme from there.

For Under 25yrs or Discounted Session Enquires

Sara is passionate about her extensive work supporting young people prepare for and navigate life, along with enabling broader access to therapy through flexible, income-sensitive pricing. She offers this work under her Social Enterprise. Young people aged under 25yrs automatically receive a discounted fee for sessions. If you are struggling financially due to health or employment circumstances for example, you can contact Sara to discuss session fee flexibility.
