It was a great comfort to realise that Sara has lived many of the experiences and discomforts that have prompted myself and other clients to take the leap into therapy. This makes such a difference in a therapeutic relationship as I finally felt seen and heard. Also, coming from a Caribbean background I had no issues discussing any cultural differences/clashes I’ve experienced living in the U.K.
